No Refund Policy

1.2 Refunds cannot be requested under the following circumstances: - Services have already commenced (e.g., creation of personal profiles, arrangement of matchmaking); - The client unilaterally terminates the service or violates our company's rules; - The client is dissatisfied with the service outcomes (e.g., matchmaking results).
2. Special Provisions
2.1 If a force majeure event (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic) prevents services from proceeding as planned, our company reserves the right to adjust the service content or delay the provision of services. Fees paid are non-refundable.
2.2 Our company reserves the right to handle special refund requests at its discretion. Any refund requests must be submiced in writing with sufficient justification.
No Match Guarantee Statement
1. Matchmaking Success Statement
1.1 Our company is dedicated to providing professional matchmaking services. However, the success of matchmaking depends on various factors, including but not limited to: - The client’s personal conditions and preferences; - The conditions and willingness of other members; - The communication and interaction between both parties.
1.2 Therefore, our company does not guarantee that any client will find their ideal partner or achieve marriage.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 Clients are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the personal information they provide and should actively participate in matchmaking and related activities.
2.2 Clients must respect the privacy and wishes of other members and refrain from any harassment, inappropriate, or illegal behavior.
3. Disclaimer
3.1 Our company is not responsible for the success or failure of matchmaking, emotional development, or eventual marriage outcomes.
3.2 Our company only provides the plaNorm and support services. Clients must assess and decide on the progress of each relationship on their own.
Disclaimer for Disputes between Members
1. Amoria Society’s Scope of Service
1.1 Our company, as a matchmaking service provider, is responsible solely for facilitating matches between members and providing related support services. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of member information, we are not responsible for members' personal actions, intentions, or subsequent relationships.
2. Responsibility for Member Conduct
2.1 Clients must exercise their own judgment and assume responsibility for risks when interacting, communicating, and building relationships with other members. Our company is not liable for any actions or consequences that occur outside the matchmaking service.
2.2 If disputes arise between clients and other members due to personal conduct or interactions, including but not limited to: - Financial transactions or loans; - Emotional or moral disputes; - Any form of harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior;
- Actions involving legal or criminal responsibilities;
Such disputes are considered personal macers between members, and our company will not participate in mediation or assume any legal responsibility.
3. Disclaimer
3.1 As a third-party matchmaking service provider, our company assumes no liability for losses, damages, or legal responsibilities arising from interactions or subsequent actions between members.
3.2 If disputes occur between clients and other members, they should be resolved through negotiation or legal channels. Our company reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies when necessary but does not take responsibility for the disputes themselves.
Amendments and Acceptance of Terms
